  • How do I book the Arch or Aisle Flowers? Can I book them together?
    Head over to the "Book Now" Page and click on "Floral Rental Service": Select your date Pick a time (Each booking is for one day) Click on "Floral Rental Type" Choose your product You can book both the Arch and Aisle Flowers if applicable to you. Add details of your event Check Out You will receive an email from us once we have received your order
  • What should I add in the Details section when I check out?
    Please add necessary details of your event such as... - Set-Up Time - Break Down Time - Address of Venue - Best Email to contact you - Any details that you feel would help us on your event date
  • What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/location only?
    That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.
  • What if I want to see an Altar/Arch or Backdrop in person first?
    We do not meet to show you these products because they are too big and cumbersome to transport for these kind of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos and videos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Please see additional photos and videos on our Instagram account @idofloralrentals. You can also book a consultation with us to view some samples of our flowers. This appointment will include details about our products and what our process is like on your wedding day.
  • I am having problems checking out, is the checkout button not working?
    First, please check to see if the browser you are using is Internet Explorer. If so, open a different browser like Google Chrome or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported by our website host Shopify. If this doesn't solve your problems please email or text us and we will quickly get back to you!
  • How far does your included delivery fees go?
    We will deliver for free within 30 miles of Orange County, CA or Los Angeles,CA and pickup time of no later than 9:00PM. Pickup times after 9:00PM can be scheduled for additional fee. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your address and we will be happy to let you know.
  • What are the pickup fees for pickups after 9pm?
    9:30PM charge of $50 10PM charge of of $100 10:30pm charge of $150 11PM charge of $200 1130pm charge of $250 12AM charge of $300
  • Does my order qualify for free delivery?
