TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
We require payment in full in order to confirm your booking and secure our services for your event. Any additional balances for delivery costs must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event date. This policy ensures that we can provide the highest level of service and preparation for your event, and allows us to properly allocate resources and staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our payment policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
DISCLAIMER
Please note that our rentals feature artificial flowers. We use only high-quality real touch artificial flowers that are carefully selected and arranged to create the desired aesthetic.
LOCATION AND SETUP
The listed rental price is for one setup/location only. If you require a rental item to be moved from the ceremony to the reception or any other location, additional fees will apply. Please keep in mind that some of our arches and pillars are large and cannot fit through normal doorways. As a result, our team must disassemble and transport them to the new location, then reassemble and reapply the florals. For insurance reasons, only our team can move our items unless they are able to be moved by an approved wedding coordinator to another location on the same site. To avoid any issues, we kindly ask that you ensure our rentals will fit in the desired space before confirming your order with us.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup. We have a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM, and we deliver within 30 miles of Orange County or Los Angeles. Pickups past 9pm will incur an additional fee. The delivery cost for orders outside of 30 miles is $10/mile with a maximum distance of 75 miles. Please contact us for a delivery quote.
LATE NIGHT PICKUP FEE
Any pickups past 9 PM will be subject to a late-night pickup fee.

PRODUCT HANDLING
No rentals can be left outside overnight, including the pillars, arches, or aisle flowers of any kind, as well as all floral arrangements. Our items cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is rain coming and the arch is outside we will come get the arch early. No one is allowed to transport, take-down, or move our product without prior written approval.

Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged to your card in the amount of 2 times the rental price of the item. If an item is missing or is not returned within the rental agreement period of time, you will be charged 3 times the rental cost of the item and will be allowed to keep the item. Your credit card information is safely stored and will be deleted once the items are returned.

All décor must be communicated to I Do Floral Rentals to preserve the consistency of the wedding/event. Any décor for the wedding/event not provided by I Do Floral Rentals is not guaranteed by I Do Floral Rentals even in cases where I Do Floral Rentals items are integrated. In such cases, any alterations deemed necessary will be made to preserve consistency and I Do Floral Rentals will be blameless.
LOCATION AND VENUE LIMITATIONS
I Do Floral Rentals is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of The Customer; I Do Floral Rentals will offer technical recommendations only. Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations not communicated to I Do Floral Rentals.
ADVERSE WEATHER CLAUSE
I Do Floral Rentals reserves the right to prioritize the safety of its staff, clients, and the integrity of its products. In the event that adverse weather conditions, including wind gusts over 10mph, are forecasted or present at the scheduled setup time, I Do Floral Rentals retains the right to delay or cancel the setup of its products if a suitable location cannot be agreed upon.
A guest must have a rainy-day wedding plan to protect the floral arrangements. If the guest states they have a rainy-day wedding plan, but does not carry out the plans to ensure the protection of the floral arrangements, guests will be subject to a $1000 charge. If the guest does not have a rainy-day wedding plan, I Do Floral Rentals retains the right to delay or cancel the setup of its products.
NOTIFICATION AND RESCHEDULING
In the event that I Do Floral Rentals determines that adverse weather conditions may impact the setup, I Do Floral Rentals will make every effort to notify the Client as soon as possible via the contact information provided. I Do Floral Rentals and the Client will then discuss the best course of action, which may include rescheduling the setup for a mutually agreeable date and time, subject to product availability and the terms outlined in the original contract.
CANCELLATIONS
We require a 90-day cancellation notice, otherwise, your retainer cannot be partially refunded. In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your wedding/event, we will move your retainer free of charge to another date.
Retainers will not be refunded in full, they will exclude the payment processing fees, as well as any time we spent in communication with you, the time spent forming this proposal, any time spent working on your event preparations, and fees charged by our banking institution for refunds.
I Do Floral Rentals reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time I Do Floral Rentals feels that the obligations cannot be met. I Do Floral Rentals will credit the amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that I Do Floral Rentals informs you.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules [including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection]. The arbitration hearing shall take place in Chino Hills, CA before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
